Information

Join South Africa’s premier shark diving company РBlue Wilderness Рfor an incredible month of diving and freediving with sharks (cage-less!). Assist in daily operations, conduct citizen science, aid in outreach programs to promote shark conservation and explore the world famous Aliwal Shoal.

Volunteers will be treated as part of the team and expected to conduct daily duties consistent with the described program. This represents an incredible opportunity to experience life working with one of the worlds premier shark diving companies. Also remember, you do not have to be SCUBA certified to apply, as much of the shark expeditions are done on snorkel! You can also use your spare time getting SCUBA qualified, enabling you to complete the program as a genuine shark diver.
