Underwater Photography

This once-in-a-lifetime program will equip students with the knowledge and practical skills to produce world class underwater photographs.

Information

Developed by internationally acclaimed underwater photographer, journalist and conservationist Fiona Ayerst, this course will empower students to see and explore the underwater realm in a totally new and intimate manner.

By focusing on becoming part of the marine world; using specialised breathing techniques and capitalising on the marine inhabitants natural curiosity, Fiona’s hand-picked and intensely trained team will teach you how to capture the most unimaginable photographs. Creativity and new techniques are key. The team will also show you how to capture star trails; timelapse and other interesting land based techniques.

Based in Mossel Bay, South Africa, Oceans Campus is your gateway to wild Africa.
